Hello Rapids families! Just a few quick reminders before tomorrow's meet:

• Please arrive by 7:45. 
  • Swimmers should get settled in the area outside the gate (top of the hill) 
  • Pop ups can be set up in that area (outside the gate - NOT in the pool area)
  • ***Volunteers should check in with Tracy Steeves upon arrival!** 
    
• Coaches will come out to collect swimmers for warmups sometime around 8:00 AM. 
  • Swimmers should get settled, get themselves ready with caps and goggles, and wait for their coaches to announce warm ups by age group.
• Message from Coach Emily - swimmers are NOT to be on the playground at tomorrow's meet. Swimmers should be sitting in our designated area so they can easily be found when it is time for their meet. 
• We will be using timer sheets at the meets this season - no blue and pink cards. 
  • Swimmers' events can easily be found on the app if parents want to write their swimmers event numbers on their arms. **Heat and lane are not necessary, as that may change during the meet. We will have sharpies available.
• Families may enter the pool area inside the fence to watch their children swim; however, please be mindful and respectfully exit the pool area after your swimmer's event so other spectators can enter.
• Masks are required in the bathrooms and under the pavilion while online for concession.
