Hello Rapids families!

This Friday will be TEAM PICTURE DAY! The photographer will be lining up the swimmers at 9:00 AM. Swimmers in the 8:00 AM practice will dry off and get ready and 9:30 swimmers should arrive no later than 9:00 for the picture. Wear your Rapids gear, if you have it!

TEAM BREAKFAST will be served on Friday after both practices. This week we will be serving a cereal bar.

Saturday is our first home meet! The signups for donations are still open and we are in need of quite a few items. Please sign up to donate, if you are able, under the job signup. We are primarily in need of granola bars, cliff bars, individually bagged pre-cut fruit, Gatorade and juice boxes, donuts and baked goods, sliced cheese and rolls.
