Hello Rapids' families! 

The DUSO Championship meet sign-ups are now OPEN! 

• Swimmers can choose three individual events (only ONE freestyle event). 
• Swimmers must have competed in TWO dual meets to participate in the Championship Meet. 
• Just a reminder, swimmers must have a legal time, in an event, to swim that event at DUSO's. There are no cut times, but they must have a legal time in an event (not have been disqualified every swim), in order to swim it at DUSO's. SIGNUPS CLOSE ON SUNDAY AT NOON!

Coach Natalia will be reviewing entries on Sunday afternoon and selecting relay teams. Some swimmers may have their events adjusted so that we can have coverage in as many events as possible at DUSO Champs. While DUSOs is a super fun day with lots of games and hanging with friends, we also want to perform our best as a team!

Please remember - it is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that your swimmer makes it to the seeding area for their events at DUSOs. When it is your turn to volunteer, please have another parent in your child's age group assist if your swimmer has an event during your shift. 

***If you have not signed up for our last dual meet of the season at home against Rhinebeck, please do so by Tuesday 8 pm. 

***Sign-ups for Wednesday's concession donations are currently open, please do what you can.
