Hello Rapids Families! As you can likely tell from all the emails, these last two weeks are very busy, but there are many fun things planned! 

We are truly grateful for all our parent volunteers and family donations. With two home meets left, we still have a few slots open so please, volunteer if you are not signed up and donate to concession, if you are able. With such a small team, home meets are truly "all hand on deck".

We have a few remaining tasks this season:

1. DUSO Committee - Every year, we have a committee of parents who help plan for the DUSO theme. They assist with decorations and fun items for the parade and coordinate ideas for costuming for the swimmers and coaches. This year, no one has volunteered. We need at least 2 parents to volunteer to assist with this, or we will not have costumes and decorations at DUSO.
2. Set-up and Clean-up for Splash Hop - Sign ups are now open to volunteer to set up and clean up at our end of year celebration. The team will purchase food and dessert for everyone who attends. We are asking for volunteers to help with the set up and for drink donations. 
3. DUSO jobs - There are a few jobs left for DUSO. We need to send the job list to New Paltz this week, so please volunteer for a slot, if you haven't.

Important reminders:

• Meet entries for Saturday are due today! We will not be able to accept late entries. Setting up the meet is a lot of work and with three meets being planned in the next week and a half, it is very difficult to make changes.
• DUSO entries are due SUNDAY AT NOON! We have to send the meet file to New Paltz, so late entries/ changes will not be accepted.
