Hello Rapids Families! The DUSO Championship Meet is this Saturday at the Ulster County Pool. This is an all day event so families should plan accordingly! 

1. Our team tent will be inside the pool area, next to the pavilion. Feel free to bring blankets or chairs, but pop up tents are not permitted.
2. Parking lot will open at 6:00am. The drop off area is located at the main entrance of the pool in case parents want to drop swimmers off before you park. There will be designated parking for officials, board members and coaches (Please display your parking pass.) If you have any special circumstances for parking, please let me know. Parking attendants will be present to assist.
3. Warm-ups begin at 7:00am (Rosendale Warm up is 7:00 - 7:40)

• Parade - 8:30am
• First Event - 9:00am

The snack bar will be open and the host team will have a small concession area, but feel free to pack a cooler with drinks, snacks, lunch, etc. It is also helpful if swimmers bring games, activities and things to keep themselves entertained with their friends between events. 

Please plan to spend the day and stay until the end, especially if your swimmer is in a relay! There will also be fun and entertaining coach relays towards the end of the day and the swimmers will not want to miss it!

Our team will be dressed as Pirates of the Caribbean for the parade! The team purchased some props for the kids, but feel free to have your swimmer dress up as well! 

Lastly, please RSVP for the Splash Hop. We need an accurate count for both food and bracelets to enter the pool. If you have not done so already, please indicate whether your swimmers are attending, and indicate how many guests are coming from your family.
