Hello Rapids families! Although today was a snowy day, summer is just around the corner! Just a few quick reminders about upcoming pre-season events, as well as information about the 2023 season.

• Sunday, March 12th - Rapids will be marching in Kingston‘s 2023 St. Patrick’s Day parade. Swimmers who would like to participate can meet in the Kingston Plaza parking lot at 11:30 am, march down Broadway to the Strand, and return approximately 3 pm at the completion of the parade.
• Sunday, March 26th - Rapids fundraiser at the Santa Fe Burger Bar in Rosendale!! We had a blast enjoying burgers and milkshakes with our teammates last year. What a fun way to support the Rapids! 3/26 from 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM. Reservations strongly recommended! Dine-In OR Take-Out!
• Monday, April 10th - Registration opens online for the 2023 summer season! Information posted on our website https://rosendalerapids.swimtopia.com/
  • New this season - Rapids will be offering pre-team for swimmers between the ages of 4-7 who are comfortable in the water, but do not meet the team swimming requirements. More information available on our website. 
• Thursday, April 27th - Team bathing suit fit-kits will be available for try-on at the Rosendale Rec Center, time TBA.
• Team Sponsorship - We are asking for businesses, families, or groups to consider sponsoring our team. Your business (or family) will be displayed on our team shirts as well as posted on our website and social media pages. Businesses or families who are interested in sponsoring the 2023 Rapids can sign up here.
