Thank you to everyone who came out last night for Orientation and Meet the Coaches. It was wonderful to see so many new faces and returning swim families!

Here is the link to Orientation Information on our website as well as some of the highlights from last night's meet:

• Download the SwimTopia app - this is a great way to receive notifications, view upcoming events, locations and swim times, and access our website. Notifications are sent if there are any changes to practice times or delays/ cancelations for meets.
  • Please note - you can view events and volunteer shifts through the app, but you must click "visit website" to access the signup calendar.
• Signup calendar - view upcoming events, declare attendance for meets, signup for swim events and volunteer jobs (opens on 6/17). If you are new to the Rapids, signup instructions are also located on the website.
• Practice schedule is posted on our website. Campers and swimmers who work have priority for 8:00 AM practice. Please view the practice policies as well before the official start of the season.
  • Pre-team practice will begin 6/27 and an information session will take place during practice that week.
  • We are awaiting an update from the Town of Rosendale regarding the status of the pool. We are hoping practice can begin later in the week, but we are taking it day by day. We will keep everyone posted.
  • In the event that practices are delayed or canceled due to inclement weather or pool conditions, an alert will be sent out to the SwimTopia App.
• Officials training - anyone interested in becoming an official, there will be 2 virtual classes (you only need to attend 1). The options are Saturday 6/24 at 6:00 pm OR Tuesday 6/27 at 8:00 pm. More details to follow. 

Sign-ups for meet events for the first meet (July 1) and signups for volunteer slots for ALL dual meets will open on Sat, June 17th at 8:00 AM. Families are required to volunteer at four meets.
