Just a reminder that volunteer slots for swim meets opened this morning for the season. Families must work a minimum of 4 dual meets, per your agreement. Please remember that we are a small team this summer and we are hosting four home meets, so it will be all hands on deck!

You can sign up for volunteer slots on the signup calendar on our website. If you are new to the Rapids, or need a refresher, signup instructions are also located on the website.

We have also opened swim entries for the first two meets ONLY, 7/1 and 7/5. Swimmers will choose 3 individual events (you can only select ONE freestyle event). Coaches try to keep the entries the swimmers select, but remember that we are a team and it is important to have all events covered. Therefore coaches do reserve the right to modify some events for the benefit of the team. Relays will be chosen by the coaches as well.
