Hello everyone! We have a few important updates and reminders:

1. One of the Rapids’ coolers is missing. It’s a blue and white cooler on wheels. Please let us know if you have it. 
2. We are planning to hold Friday breakfast tomorrow, weather-permitting.
3. Our fill the pool event will take place this Friday during practice and Saturday during the meet. Please donate food items or personal care items listed on the previous email for the Rosendale Food Pantry, if you are able.
4. On Friday at 6 PM, the Rosendale town pool will be doing a swim drill for their lifeguards. They’ve asked if any of our swim team members are interested in swimming during that event to make the pool look busy. Team members can swim at 6:15 for about half an hour. There is no charge and parents are welcome to watch.
5. Saturday we have our last home meet against Kerhonkson. 7am warm up, 8 am start. We are looking for donations of baked goods and ice for the meet.

7. Rhinebeck meet from 7/1 rescheduled for Wed, 7/26 at 5pm in Rhinebeck. New signup will open this week.
