Just a few reminders for the week:

Meet tonight at home! 

• Please arrive by 4. Concession and set-up volunteers please arrive by 3:30ish. Volunteers please check in with Tasha, our Volunteer Coordinator.
• Meet begins at 5:00 PM. 
• You can view your swimmers events in SwimTopia, but listen for chaperones and seeders to call for your swimmer(s) events. The times will NOT be accurate.
• Pre-team swimmers will meet with Coach Abby, Coach Natalie and Coach Hayle around event 16 at the seeding tent. They will swim a freestyle exhibition between events 19 and 20. 

**We will need a few extra volunteers for timing tonight! Rhinebeck is a very small team and they are only bringing 21 swimmers, so it will be very difficult for them to cover volunteers for officiating, computer, seeding, chaperoning and timing. We help each other in the swim world and the Rapids will step up and help our guests.

Concession will be available. We will have hot dogs, pulled pork sliders, nachos, iced tea, seltzer, Gatorade, water, chips, granola bars, baked goods and fruit for sale!! Cash sales. 

Saturday meet sign up closes at 9PM!!!!

• Saturday's meet is at Hurley. We have to send them the meet file tomorrow and WE CANNOT ADD LATE SWIMMERS WHO DO NOT SIGN UP BY TONIGHT.

We WILL have practice tomorrow on July 4th, regular time., for all groups. Wear your red, white and blue or any festive gear for the holiday!

Friday is our first team breakfast! Please donate a box of your swimmers favorite cereal, if you are able. We use the cereal all season.
