Hello Rapids families! Important information about DUSO champs:

1. Signups are open for both meet entries and jobs at DUSOs. Please sign up as soon as possible. Entries will close Monday at 5pm. We will be sending the meet file to Rhinebeck, as they are coordinating three simultaneous meets and compiling the results after the meets have ended. We will be sending parent volunteer names to Hyde Park, our host. They will have name tags for volunteers for the day of the event. Volunteers will receive their passes from Tasha, our Volunteer Coordinator, the morning of champs.
2. Your swimmer must have participated in at least 2 dual meets to sign up for champs and must have a legal time in an event to swim that event at DUSOs. If your swimmer does not have three events, they can still earn a time on Saturday. Also, there will be "last chance" submission on Wednesday ONLY for those swimmers attempting to earn a legal swim in a second or third event. **Please reach out to me on Monday if your swimmer is working towards a legal swim at Wednesday's make-up meet** Swimmers can choose any event with a legal time, but cannot swim more than one individual freestyle event.

• Friday is pajama theme and Tie Dye day!
• Sign-ups are open for the make-up meet. Entries due Sunday at 9pm.
