Tonight's meeting at 6pm at the Pavilion at the Rosendale Rec Families is for new and returning families to meet the coaches and get info about the season. Pre team families will have their own orientation on Tuesday, June 30th at 8am where swimmers will be divided into the two sessions and you'll get all the info you need then.

Next week's practice schedule for all swimmers (except pre team):

Monday 6/15 and Wednesday 6/17 at the Ulster YMCA from 3-5pm - not divided by age group...come when you can.

Tuesday 6/16 and Thursday 6/18 at Callabar Club in Kingston from 5-7:30pm - 10 and under 5-6pm and 11 and up 6-7:30pm

Friday 6/19 DRY LAND practice at the park at the Rosendale Rec Center 5-7pm - all ages together.
